Terms of service
Scope, responsibilities, and limitations that apply to design engagements.
Scope of services
RPM Custom Design provides CAD modeling, drafting, product-development, and design-support services. Deliverables and revision expectations are defined per project before work begins.
Certification limitation
Work requiring licensed certification, including stamped or sealed drawings, certified structural analysis, and code compliance certification, are not represented or provided unless delivered through appropriately licensed professionals under a separate agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for verifying that final designs meet applicable regulations, standards, and end-use requirements before production, and for confirming fit and function during design review.
Deliverables and revisions
Deliverables are released in the formats agreed at project start. Revisions within the agreed scope are included; scope changes are quoted separately.
Intellectual property
Upon completion of payment, rights to the project-specific design deliverables transfer to the client. Underlying methods, templates, and libraries remain the property of RPM Custom Design.
Confidentiality
Client materials are treated as confidential. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are supported on request.
