How project submissions and contact information are handled.
Information collected
Information submitted through the project intake form, name, company, email, optional phone number, project description, and any uploaded files, is collected solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
Use of information
Submitted information is used to prepare estimates, discuss scope, and deliver requested design work. It is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Project files and confidentiality
Uploaded drawings, models, and reference material are treated as confidential. A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be executed before technical details are exchanged.
Retention
Project correspondence and files are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for revision support, then removed on request.
