Discontinued part reproduction
Discontinued interior bracket
- Starting point
- A cracked plastic bracket no longer sold by the dealer, with one mounting ear missing.
- Approach
- The surviving geometry is scanned, the missing ear reconstructed from the mating panel, and the failure area thickened.
- Delivered
- STEP + STL model, dimensioned drawing, printed fit-check part.

Custom part design
Custom intake adapter
- Starting point
- An off-the-shelf intake that does not line up with a swapped throttle body.
- Approach
- Both mating faces are measured, an adapter is modeled around bolt pattern and clearance, then checked against the engine bay envelope.
- Delivered
- Machining-ready STEP, drawing with tolerances, CNC quote coordination.

Reverse engineering
Restoration trim clip set
- Starting point
- A handful of brittle original clips, no drawings, nothing available new.
- Approach
- One good clip is scanned, the retention geometry is rebuilt parametrically so spring force can be tuned across revisions.
- Delivered
- Editable CAD family, printable files, small-batch production files.

Custom part design
Accessory mounting plate
- Starting point
- A shop needs a repeatable mount for an aftermarket accessory across several chassis.
- Approach
- A common plate is modeled with chassis-specific hole patterns driven as configurations, verified against factory mounting points.
- Delivered
- Flat patterns, DXF profiles, fabrication drawing package.
