Once the model is right, parts get made, 3D printed, CNC machined, or fabricated through qualified partners, coordinated so you deal with one point of contact.

Fit-check first
For anything with tricky fitment, a printed prototype goes on the vehicle before final material is committed. Finding a 2 mm problem in a printed part costs almost nothing; finding it in billet aluminum costs a great deal.

The right process for the part
Printing suits complex shapes, low volumes, interior parts, and fast iterations. CNC machining suits metal parts that carry load, hold tight tolerances, or live in heat. Sheet metal and fabrication suit brackets, plates, and mounts. The recommendation comes with the quote.

Coordinated through vetted partners
RPM Custom Design is a design studio, not a machine shop. Production runs through qualified CNC, 3D printing, and fabrication partners, with files prepared, quotes gathered, and the run managed on your behalf.

If you already have a shop, file-only delivery is a standard option. You get STEP, STL, and dimensioned drawings you own outright and can send anywhere.
