RPM Custom Design turns custom, broken, and discontinued automotive parts into production-ready 3D models, and coordinates prototyping and manufacturing through qualified partners.
Most jobs start the same way: something snapped, something is no longer made, or something needs to exist that never did. A photo arrives, then usually the part itself.
From there the work is straightforward and deliberate, capture the geometry, rebuild it properly in CAD, design out whatever caused the original to fail, and prepare files for the process that will actually make it. Builders, restoration shops, off-road and race teams, and everyday owners of cars the parts market has forgotten all end up in the same place.
Local customers in Orange County can drop parts off. Everyone else ships parts in or works from photographs and measurements, the process is the same either way.

Fitment before flourish
A part that looks great and does not bolt up is a failed part. Mounting geometry, clearance, and hardware access are settled before anything is styled.

Models a shop can use
Clean solids, sane feature trees, dimensioned drawings, and tolerances only where they matter, so quotes come back reasonable and parts come back right.

You own the files
Design files produced for your project are delivered to you. They are not resold, reused for other customers, or held hostage.

Say what is out of scope
This is a design and 3D modeling studio, not an engineering firm. Certified or stamped structural documentation and regulatory approval work are not offered.
