How a project runs
Six steps from the first photo to a finished part, with a written quote up front and a review before anything is manufactured.
- 01Step
Send it in
Share photos, the vehicle year/make/model, and what the part needs to do. Ship or drop off the physical part if you have one.
- 02Step
Scan or measure
The part is 3D scanned or hand-measured. Broken and incomplete parts are reconstructed from the surfaces that survived.
- 03Step
Model in CAD
A clean, editable 3D model is built with real fitment, wall thickness, and hardware callouts, not a scan mesh.
- 04Step
Review & revise
You see renders and dimensions before anything is made. Revisions happen here, where they are cheap.
- 05Step
Prototype
Optional fit-check prototype in printed polymer so the part is confirmed on the vehicle first.
- 06Step
Manufacture or hand off
Production runs through qualified CNC, printing, or fabrication partners, or you take the files and run them yourself.
