3D scanning & reverse engineering
Discontinued, cracked, warped, or simply unavailable, an existing part becomes an accurate, editable 3D model that any shop can produce from.

Capture the part as it really is
The part is 3D scanned or hand-measured with calipers and gauges, producing a dense reference of its true surfaces. Local customers can drop parts off in Orange County; everyone else ships in, and parts go back with the finished files.

Rebuild, do not trace
A raw scan mesh is not something a machine shop can work from. The mesh is used as reference to rebuild the part as a real CAD solid with true flats, cylinders, radii, and bolt patterns, dimensioned, clean, and editable.

Reconstruct what is missing
Broken ears, melted bosses, and worn faces are reconstructed from symmetry, the mating component, and what survived. Discontinued car part reproduction usually means rebuilding around damage, not copying a perfect original.

Fix the reason it failed
If the original cracked in the same place every time, the reproduction does not have to. Thicker ribs, generous radii, relocated hardware, or a better material can be designed in while the model is being built.
